Supine Chest Fly
TARGET MUSCLE: Pectoralis Major


Preparation
Lie flat on a bench holding the dumbbells at arm’s length with a slight bend at the elbow.
Execution
Raise the dumbbells to the top, keeping full tension upon the pectorals (chest) at all times.
