Leg Extension
TARGET MUSCLE: Quadriceps


Preparation
Sit comfortably in the leg extension machine, keeping your back and head straight and hands holding onto the hand grips for support.
Execution
Raise the weight until it is straight (as shown).
Proceed to lower the weight while holding onto the hand grips on the sides of the machine.
