Front Deltoid Raise
TARGET MUSCLE: Deltoid, Anterior


Preparation
Grasp a barbell using both arms.
Execution
Raise the barbell with elbows fixed in a 10° to 30° angle throughout until your upper arm is parallel to the floor.
Note:
This exercise can also be performed with dumbbells, raising both hands simultaneously, or one hand at a time
