For Junior Boys and Girls 13 years & under, there will be a SUPER SPRINT distance.
Distance : 400m Swim, 10km Bike, 2.5km Run

OLYMPIC DISTANCE TRIATHLON
Date : 12 July 2009, Sunday
Time : 8.00 am
Distance : 1.5km Swim, 40km Bike, 10km Run
Venue : Admiral Marina & Leisure Club, Port Dickson
